"And the day came that the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom"             --Anaïs Nin

There is HOPE.
Sometimes we go through times in our life where things aren't quite going in the direction we had thought. Whether it be personally, professionally, or in your relationships.
Life can sometimes feel hard.

Depression, anxiety, and trauma: words that get thrown around a lot in our society more often (thankfully).
But, you are more than just a label.

We may struggle to feel "good enough". Those ruminating thoughts in our heads telling us we're not good enough can feel heavy. We may lack the confidence to take those big steps in creating the life you know you want, but are afraid to go for.

Maybe you are seeking a better emotional connection with your partner, but because there have been so many years of built up resentment and disconnection that you're unsure of how to reconnect or even where to start.

Those racing thoughts you have? Fear about the future? Yep, normal. Maybe you're feeling overburdened and end up over-functioning in your life because that's all you've ever known. Boundaries? What are those? You're not alone.
These are just a few common themes I hear from my clients.

I believe that a lot of our suffering is due to a lack of authentic connection with ourselves and others. My aim is to help you understand WHY you experience these challenges and to help you shift out of these unhelpful patterns. Yes, I may give you effective strategies to help with your anxiety or depression, but we're going to go on a deeper dive to the root cause so we can truly transform how you experience your life and get you back to feeling hopeful, connected, and inspired again.
You're brave for beginning this journey.

The best love is the one that makes you a better person without changing you into someone other than yourself.
